What I Wore in Mexico

Personally, I think I can be a bit awkward when it comes to fashion. I go through phases of different styles, but ultimately always go back to what’s comfortable over what the latest trends are. I especially apply this logic when on holiday and this time round, in a blazing hot Mexico I lived by that rule. I stayed away from tight fitting clothes that would make me sweat and feel uncomfortable, and went for flowy or loose fitting pieces. I’ve linked most items with the exact items, if not I’ve found similar ones. Look 1: Casual Daytime Top // H&M Shorts // GAP Bag // New Look Sunglasses // Airport Duty Free Shoes // ASOS Look 2: Pool Vibes Only Cover Up // BooHoo Bikini // SheIn Look 3: All White Evening Dress // SheIn Shoes // SheIn Bag // Katie Loxton Look 4: Favourite Swimwear Bikini // personalised by House of LBD Swimsuit // ASOS (old collection) Swimsuit //New Look Until next time… Xx Advertisements

What Ross Wore in Mexico

To make my blog a bit more diverse I decided to pop up a post about outfits Ross wore on Holiday. It’s easy enough to make this blog all about me & things I wear and use, but Ross always features somewhere in the of so why not create a post about him (because he was a super handsome Husband on Holiday). Again, if I haven’t been able to find the exact item I have tagged similar. Look 1: date night Shirt // Ralph Lauren Trousers // BooHoo Man Shoes // River Island Look 2: casual daytime T-shirt // Primark Shorts // Boss Trainers // Adidas Shades // Polaroid Look 3: Pool Day Shirt // New Look Shorts // Zara Until next time.. xox

Yes you read that right, SUN. Sunday was unbelievably beautiful and I couldn’t not take advantage of it. We live not to far from a beautiful park, well I don’t even think its referred to as a park as it’s really a big old converted house with loads of grounds to walk. It really is gorgeous in the spring/summer time. As said before my style constantly changes, I go from being super girly to a bit tom boy the next day. Even though the sun was out, I decided to still keep some darker tones in my outfit with my Top & Jacket. I agree, the top is pretty fancy but I styled it down with a pair of everyday jeans and trainers to keep it simple. So, off I went ( with my photographer Ross, obv) to do that god awful cringe worthy thing again for this blog. Although, I must admit its definitely getting easier not to care about other people being around, but I ain’t no model. Please also bear in mind, …

Snow Day

Finally, a snow day I could enjoy! I have been watching the snow fall from the window for weeks and last Sunday I was finally able to go out and have some fun. It was a completely spontaneous day out, but sometimes those are the best! We decided not to go too far because neither of us wanted to get stuck anywhere, so we drove 15 minutes along the road to Chatelherault Country Park. It’s such a beautiful space and you could spend all day walking around the grounds, or even sit looking at the views of Hamilton. We’ve spent many summer nights up there wandering round, but today was probably the nicest walk I’ve been on there. Oh, and they have a coffee shop! ( obviously my favourite part! ). A snow day calls for my favourite winter accessories. I’ve had my ever reliable hunter wellies for years. You seriously can’t go wrong with them: stylish and sensible. Paired with my favourite Ralph Lauren jacket, made from duck feathers, is amazing at keeping you …

Casual Saturday: Fashion Post

Hi All! 2018 is finally here and I have started off as I mean to go on; committing myself to this blog. This is my first fashion post (& maybe the last) and I am very apprehensive about it. I never knew how awkward it is to pose for some outfit pictures and my hat goes off to people who make it look so easy and natural! My style can go from one extreme to the other, depending on how I am feeling. One day it might be jeans, tee and converse and the next Ive got a cute skirt on and heels. Today, was in between. Some of the things I am wearing are from last season (Ooops!), but I have tagged the link to similar items from the same retailers to create the same look. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with jeans and a jumper, but today I felt like being a bit more fancy. I paired this simple outfit with a pair of heeled tan boots and cosy suede …
